This customer had an existing security light which needed replacing. The existing light was powered from above but the customer requested that it be controlled from inside the patio doors. We decided to do this by running the cables externally in conduit so that the internal decor was not disrupted. The faulty light was replaced and a new single switch fitted.
The security light has adjustable settings so that it comes on automatically at night if motion is detected. The new switch enables the user to override the automatic operation and turn the light on/off manually when desired.
